How to create a dashboard using WAD(Web Application Designer)?

Hello Experts,

I have a very basic experience in WAD. My requirement is to create a WAD Dashboard using BEx query. We are fetching the data from 6 modules(SD,FI, QM, PP, PM & MM).

The BEx query displays the data for the past 6 months of all the modules.

The requirement is ''for example;- when they click on a Module(lets assume SD, we have a total of 6 Modules), it should drill down to the plants(we have a total of 30 plants) and shows us the sales of all the plants data for the last 6 months'' and they are asking to put some limitation for the sales records(data). Ex:- if November SD sales is less than 100,000/- it should show red, if it show 150,000 yellow and if it shows more than 200,000 green boxes should appear on top of the number.

I am attaching the screen shots of the BEx query and the dashboard which i want to develop.

If possible please describe a step by step guide.. much appreciated!

Hi,

Can you try creating a query which contains a hierarchy for each of the 6 modules and under each module you can create the plant as child node and also for the sales records you can try creating Exception in Query Designer for the range you want to get displayed as red, yellow and green.

Please check whether this helps you.

Thanks & Regards,
