    Deal All,

As state earlier this issue was only affecting one particular user machine. When we logged in using Administrator credentials, this error was not experienced. We were able to solve it. Solution Below

    Solution

We decided to delete this particular user's profile and create another one By:

    1. Log into this machine using Administrator credentials.

    2. Remove this particular machine from the domain.

Go To: Computer (Right Click) > Properties > (Computer name, domain & workgroup) change settings > Change domain > Choose work group instead of domain

    3. Save the entire user folder for this profile.

Go to: C > Users > locate user profile > Copy entire folder and save on external hard drive

    4. Delete the user profile (this folder).

    5. Connect the machine back to the domain

    6. Login using the user's profile credentials i.e the user's username and password. Do not Login using the Admin's Credentials.

    7. Copy paste the user's credentials here: C > Users

    8. I believe the user's profile will be recreated in the system a new.

    9. Log into SAP Business One and see if the Error appears.

    Kind Regards,

    Pascale
