new session rejected due to memory bottleneck in SRM

Hi All,

While connecting to SRM through the URL http://<fully qualified hostname >/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpsc02/!, it is giving error "new session rejected due to memory bottleneck ".

It says that error occured on the app. server and in work process 1.

Termination type:ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE
