Fiori approve request $batch waiting time too long

hi, I am facing an issue in Fiori - approve request. This issue happened after UIX01CA1 was upgrade from SP2 to SP5. The master and details view is taking more than 1.5 min to load. By using Chrome developer tool, i can tell it is $batch/sap-client=010 taking the longest waiting (TTFB) time, 1.4 min. There is no error on Chrome developer console, or Fiori gateway server or ECC backend. Does anyone have idea how to start solving this issue? Thanks in advance.

Hi Natalie,

What kind of approvals are you looking at and have you looked at My Inbox which should be used in place of Approve Request.  Or did you mean Approve Leave Request or some other specific Fiori app?

If you have some data from the logs to show the delays, please post it here.  At the moment, you have not provided enough information for anyone to do any troubleshooting.

Hi Natalie,

You need to look at backend because it says waiting time is long

Gateway and ERP SAP Business Workflow are related. The next step is taking trace and find which system (Gateway or ERP) is slow.

If bottleneck is in ERP, check notes in the component BC-BMT-WFM*.
