How can I export multiple customer-specific price lists?

Hello.  We are using ByDesign, and I have a question about customer-specific price lists.

We use this feature extensively, and have approximately 340 customer price lists.  We need to review and analyze these lists as we go into 2016 for price changes.

Is there any way to generate a report against ALL lists at the same time and consolidate them into one listing?  As of now, I have to access each customer specific price list, export it to Excel, and then reformat it for use.  If I want to compare product prices across the different customers, I would need to consolidate all lists one, which is a very big undertaking.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Marisa,

There  is no option for report but you can do one thing:

Go to Customer specific price list --> Items tab -->  click Export

As you can get the price list in excel then you can merge it through excel all the price lists.

Hello Marisa,

Unfortunately, we do not have such standard report to fulfill your requirement. It is very customer specific. If you will have to use it every year, it is recomemded to create a customized report with the help from your BI team or solution partner or SAP service center.

Yes Adie is right here no standard reports and may be required to create customized report.

If you give us some details (how you maintain multiple customer price list) then we can help you to give other solutions.

Good morning - thank you all for your quick responses.

I now that I can export to Excel, but that means I have 340 separate spreadsheets to export and then merge.  This is way too much work.

We have been unable to do any reporting against price lists - either the base price list or customer price lists - either through a report created in Business Analytics or Excel add-in.  For some reason, in ByDesign, you are unable to access these tables.  If anyone could tell me which table or tables this price information is contained in, we can create a custom report against this data.
