Fileadapter Acknowledgements

Hi,

I am receving acknowledgements from File adapters as these are not processed. When I observing using SXMB_MONI Tcode it is showing status as "acknowledgement is not possible". Can I have chance to process the acknowledgement so that status can be "NO ERRORS IN ACK".
