Can anyone please guide about the following customer requirements regarding appraisal template & Process.
- Initiation by HR (PHAP_PREPARE_PA) at 3 times (Once start of the year for Planning), (June for Mid Year Review), (Nov for Annual Year end appraisal)
- Employee and manager can add / delete objectives at the start of the period but also able to add /change / delete throughout the Performance Period (Free input)
- Columns re-arrangement in template (before release)
- Display of filled objectives and ratings scores at any time for both Appraiser & Appraisee.
- Manager can fill and assign objectives on Behalf of lower staff (who has no access or user of ESS/MSS)
