    Hi Manasa,

    1) which Adapters are supported for queues ?

I think all the adapter support queues, you should think that in async communication the queues are mandatory.

    2) inbound and out bound queues?

All depends about the point of view, but you can think the inbound queues that the queue that receives messages and the outbound queue the queue ready to send messages.

    3) queues are support only for  QOS = EOIO?

Right now, I used this type of queues in the SOAP, IDOC and JMS adapters. In this link you have a resume about this Adapters (Advanced Adapter Engine) - SAP PI Reference Documentation - SAP Library

    Regards.
