Creating Condition Record in VK11 - Description is not editable

Hi ,

I created a condition type copying the existing condition type with similar access sequences and all. But While setting the condition record in VK11 for the new condition type, the description part shows the description of the existing condition record. How to change the description of the new condition record?

There is no such thing as "description of the condition record". And it's not possible to change any descriptions in VK11 for the simple reason that this transaction is only meant for the key field entry to create a condition record.

If you need to change the description of the pricing condition then, naturally, it needs to be done where it's configured. Did it not occur to you when you were copying an existing condition that the description would also be copied? It seems quite logical...

Hi,

Change the condition type description in V/06 for the copied condition type and check it in VK11.
