UWL Exception

Hi Experts,

While clicking a task from UWL in portal an exception is getting " user is missing exception in connecting to....". This is happening for only one user. Can i know how can i fix that? Kindly let me know if this is due to any role or group missing from backend system? If so, the group required for the same.

    Hi Shiny,

Check whether the user is part of everyone user group in portal,he has permission to access the system object SCMDASHR3.Is the portal user is maintained in the backend properly?

Check any personalization done by this user at the iview level.

If you want to check permissions of System object then select system object and open permission tab of that system object in portal. You'll get list of assigned users, roles and assigned groups to particular system object.

If permission of EVERYONE group is not assigned then you need to add it manually into portal.

And check EVERYONE group is assigned to End-user or not at portal side.

Please check if user password is expired or not. Reset the password in system where you are getting error in UWL and try again.
