checklist for migration of BW system from one HANA appliance to another HANA appliance

Hi All,

We are looking for SAP OS/DB migration checklist. Please share any template have for above.

We are looking for what are the things to be checked for SAP system migration from one hardware to another hardware of SAP HANA.

    Are you already running your SAP system on HANA and just want to migrate from current HANA appliance to a new Hana appliance?

    If yes, please provide the details on source and target appliance details, like number of nodes and configuration.

    Please refer below SAP note if only HANA DB level migration from one appliance to another is planned for more details.
