GRC Access Approver does not work

HI experts,

We have implemented the Access Approver app, but when I approve a request in the app it disappears from the list, but when I reload the app its still there. And in the backend the request is still not approved as well.

Any Ideas?

Thanks,

David

    Hi David,

It clearly says backend side issue.

You can check dump and workflow log. If there is no relevant error information, you can set external breakpoints in the backend method and can find a root cause.
