C4C Customer Integration with S/4HANA Business Partner


I am looking for detailed documentation which explains how to integrate the C4C Customer (Account) with S/4HANA Business Partner. Which can provide more details on how the code list mapping should be maintained for example for mapping the C4C customer (CRM000) with S4H Business Partner Role. how the relationship between the S4H Account Group, Business Partner Role, Business Partner Role Category, Partnerfunction etc. should be maintained and mapped with C4C in order for the Account and Contact synchronisation to work correctly.

    The CRM customer with role CRM000 needs to be mapped with the Business Role of SAP S/4HANA in the Code List Mapping. If the business role is not mapped with the respective Account Group in S/4HANA then the integration will not work and give the error that business role not found in SAP S/4HANA when C4C will push the customer data to S/4HANA..

    The mapping for the S/4HANA Business Role with Account group needs to be maintained at path - IMG -> Cross Application Component -> Master Data Synchronisation -> Cusotmer/Vendor mapping.
