How many are still having issue with Platform search feature.
In my case, we are on BOE 4.1 SP6 and Platform search feature stops working eventually. All of a sudden Number of indexed objects shows as "zero".
I tried both Schedule and Crawling in both cases Platform search feature eventually stops and shows number of indexed documents ad "zero"
Every time I open a case with SAP, the answer I hear from them is to rebuild indexing or redeploy Platform search feature.
I feel this feature is not stable yet in 4.1 and I want to hear what others experiences are with this feature.
In my landscape, platform search feature is configured correctly and works fine but keeps crashing.
Is your environment clustered or single server? What is your setting for 'Scope of Indexing'? Is it full content or only meta data.

It is clustered environment and configured correctly. Whole environment is configured with supported databases on supported operating systems. SAP support engineer dint find any issues in or landscape configuration.
I know how to fix the issue but trying to get an idea of how many other clients are having this issue.
Options I selected for indexing are as below.
1. Scheduled indexing
2. Metadata
3. Crystal and webi Document
