Getting timeout error "A timeout occurred. Failed to update the object within 300 seconds." while migrating crystal reports using UMT. Referred to Sap note 1701318 and selected no printer option but no luck.
Did anyone face this issue?
Hi Avinash,
Was the issue resolved with Piyush's suggestion.
Is the issue occurring with all CR reports or specific report? You find it by using incremental option in UMT?
If the issue is with specific CR report, Then find the number of instances(successful/failed/recurring) linked with that report?

Hi Avinash,
Disable the Printer option.
Delete the data on report using uncheck the option report saved with data.
Use Incremental Upgrade instead of Live to live option in UMT without report instance(Try it if not transported)
OR
Use incremental upgrade you need to import both users and their reports instead of only reports (If you need).
OR.
you can refer the following thread:
Crystal Server Error - The property with ID SI_FILES does not exist in the object
Thanks,
Piyush
