Sample Drawing Procedure

Hi Experts!!!

Physical samples aren´t assigned to inspection lot.  Please, can you help me?

The escenario is:

When I do GR, I can take 20 samples as maximun, and I do my quality inspection mixing all of them, in addition to this, I inspected 1 of that 20 samples.

So, my SDP is:

"Primary Samples"

ToPartSampleNo = 20

Size factor = 1

Fixed number = 20

"Pooled Sample"

ToPartSampleNo = 20

Size factor = 1

Fixed number = 1

I assigned this SPD to the header of inspection plan.

Inspection Point 200 is assigned to the header of inspection plan.

Sampling Procedure has sample management.

Sampling Procedure is assigned to MIC.

When my inspection lot is created, none sample is assigned.

In maintain of inspection lot, I clicked Sample, and I get the following:

    "No physical samples are assigned"

Note:

I´m trying to use SDP in inspection type 01.

Why the physical samples aren´t assigned automatically to inspection lot???

I Don't know if my solution is the correct one.

what did I do??:

I Changed in SDP the way I define primary samples, right now  I'm using scheme procedure (without valiration) ...for any lot size I have 20.

The sampling procedure assigned to the plan, use scheme procedure to valorate the samples.

Maybe, the reason for it works now, is because the sample is determinated and valorated with scheme procedure. (this is my conclusion).
