Class Type 055 Contract Class.

Hi

When I try classify contracts in CL20N by class type 055 field contract number is inactive.

I can not assign class to object in CL20N, but assign object to class in CL24N is possible.

What is the reason, that field RMCBC-EBELN in CL20N is create by SAP with input status - not possible?

I'm getting below two errors.

Inconsistent characteristic value assignment. Message no. C1821. - TCODE - CL20N

Message no. CL408 - TCODE - CL24N

Regards,

Ganesh

I can't see an object (contract number) nor a class in your first screenshot, not sure how you could have customers in the window at the bottom left.

How is your class defined and which characteristics does it have?

Had you seen KBA 1712043 - Error message C1821

It explains about export parameter in function modules for value checks. You may want to cross check this with your classification

Please read the cause and resolution section of this KBA document 2023942 - 'Inconsistent' Button appears in characteristic valuation screen for an object , for example Material. , this KBA has given an example for material class (class type 001). You need to check the same for Contract (class type 055)
