Files are not moving from SAP MDM outbound Ready folder

Hello SAP MDM Experts,

Need all your help. We have a weekly automatic export from MDM to third party system. However from past three weeks, all files are stuck in outbound ready folder and did not pass to third party system. Tried restarting MDSS but did not work.

Any idea why the files did not move from outbound ready folder.

Your valuable answers are much appreciated..
