I create a single report as a header for all the reports and include it in all it's working fine. but later if i made any change in central report it's not showing effect in other reports.

I think it's take object of that report in separately include in each reports.

please share your views or how I can get alternative solution.

Hello Zohaib,

Can you remove the tag SAP EHS Regulatory Content substance lists and reference data for APJ as your question is not related to it?

Thanks!

With VS 2005 there is no way to do this. With Crystal 2008 and newer, there are now "templates" you can set up in such a way that changes to the template should be reflected in the report. However, VS 2005 came with Crystal 10 which does not have this feature.

Another way to do this might be to use a "linked" subreport where you import the subreport into a report and turn on the option to refresh the subreport on open. Thus, updates to the subreport file would update the reports that they're in. I'm not sure, though, whether this feature was available in the version of Crystal that came with VS 2005.
