Dear SDN Users, We have enabled the Help Center for SAP HCM ESS in Portal. We want to use a central repository for storing custom documents, notes, etc... According with the online documenttion from http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70ehp2/helpdata/en/54/c8af4cef7f4e4597178381944364d3/content.htm?frame... we can use Solution Manager as central repository for internal documents(Training documents, etc) The problem is that after we store a document in SI80 in Solution Manager we can't modify this document... Should we use the SHC_ADMIN instead?? Also acording with this documentation : https://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm71_sp05/helpdata/en/a4/4f691faacf423db80f286787c5a527/content.htm the Solution Manager Documents can't be displayed in HTML ..!! SI80 belongs to SAP Knowledge Warehouse but from SI80 document can't be edited... I'm confused do we need Content Server if we want to the use SI80 to store documents? Also another solution is Network Folders.Acording withi this documentation: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70ehp1/helpdata/en/bb/3cc46ae1cd451a831e5d56cfa31b97/content.htm?frame... So my question is : If we decide to use Netowrk Folder then we don't need to store documents in SI80...we store only on Network Folder ? Solution Manager system or HR system? What is the Transaction code to see these files? Can someone provide a link to a How to Guide for SAP Help Center in SAP HCM Portal with Network Folder? Maybe I have adressed to many questions ..:-) Anyone who implemented Help Center where files are stored in Solution Manager and Administration of files is done with SHC_ADMIN??
