Confirmation of services is coming in inbound delivery document flow.

Hi,

We are using 2 confirmation control key-

1. 0004 and other is Z006, both are same but in Z006 GR assignment is not ticked.

we are performing the below activity-

1. creation of PO

2. Inbound delivery against that PO

3. creating transfer order using VL06I (for putaway)

4. confirm transfer order using VL06i(for confirmation)- in this case we are getting "system does not find any transfer order to confirm"

5. confirm transfer order using LT12- transfer order is now getting confirmed.

but the problem is in inbound delivery document flow there is confirmation of services instead of GR document.

how to solve this issue as we want GR document created after confirming TO, why confirmation of service is coming.

You have to set field 'GR assignment' = 'X' in addition to field 'Goods receipt relevancy' = 'X' in Customizing. Please use the following function,

OLME -- > Confirmations -- > Set up confirmation control --> Confirmation sequence

In addition to the above setting, please check the field 'Movement type' in your item category (normally movement 101 is used) under 'Warehouse controls and packing' using the following function

Logistics Execution --> Shipping --> Deliveries --> Define item categories for deliveries

Thanks for the reply.

All the above setting is there in system except GR assignment is not ticked for Z006, we understand that if we will tick "GR assignment" for Z006 confirmation control key, document flow will show GR completed with GR document, but the problem is we will then not able to use same confirmation control key Z006 for other sites for which we need to do manual GR against PO.

one more point is that we are getting automatic "no goods movement indicator" tick in inbound delivery item details when we use Z006 confirmation control key to make PO, but its not coming in case of 0004 confirmation control key. what is the relevent of this.

1) For doing manual GR against PO there is no need of using confirmation control key.

2) Is your Z006 confirmation key marked for GR-Relevant.
