How can i find currency key in program?

Hi Santosh,

u can use FM RP_GET_CURRENCY to get currency key.

for this FM u need to pass country grouping(molga), Payscale Type(TRFAR), Payscale Area(TRFGB) and ES grouping for collective agreement provision(TRFKZ this u can get from table T503 by passing employee group&employee subgroup) .

or you can directly get it from PA0008.

Adithya, able to fetch currency key.

got across one more problem, for the same country grouping getting different currency keys how is it possible?

Hi,

Go to table T510F.Enter Country grouping and execute.You

will get all possible combinations of Pay scale types, Pay scale areas, ES groupings for collective agreement provision and Currency keys in the selected date range.

Hi Santhosh,

It is not possible for a country to operate in more than one currency at the same time.. Pl check the begda & endda .. may be only one of them is valid.. like the Euro & local currency in most of Europe.. Pl take a look at the entries in the Table T500C.

Hi Santosh,

normally currency key for a country grouping wont change but it dpends on begda and endda. you can find the same from table T500C. because the following fields may change depending on begda and endda Payscale Type(TRFAR), Payscale Area(TRFGB) and ES grouping for collective agreement provision(TRFKZ this u can get from table T503 by passing employee group&employee subgroup).
