Visual Composer Install

Hello,

I am installing Visual Composer on a server w/2003, SP1. I have installed XML 4.0 and Adobe SVG View 3.0 and when I start in install I get the following error: Unable to detect IIS Version, IIS is installed on a drive other than C. I have followed all steps in OSS note 804496 and install still fails.
