F.27 Periodic account statements not on Spool Request

Hi All,

I'm just curious about this behavior for the transaction code F.27 (Periodic Account Statements).

Here is my curiosity scenario:

1. 'A' employee ran the transaction code F.27 for account group 700000 to 799999 with correspondence SAP08 (open Item List), and it shows up when I checked transaction code SP01, and it also appears on the 'A' employee's own spool request.

2. The same 'A' employee ran F.27 for different account group 800000 to 899999 with correspondence SAP08 (open Item List), and this was not showing up when I checked transaction code SP01 and it also not showing on the 'A' employee's own spool request..

3. Then, I advised to have the employee 'B' run this same account group 800000 to 899999 with correspondence SAP08 (open Item List), and it shows up when I checked transaction code SP01 and it also appears on the 'B' employee's own spool request..

My question; Is there any kind of restriction/authorization preventing different employee from printing certain account group?

Regards,

FJohn

    Hi Femmy,

    Take screen shot of the t.code with the problematic account group for both users and compare with any authorization restrictions done. If yes, then check with your BASIS team.

    Please can you ask the 'A' employee to execute the transaction code SU53 in a separate session to show the missing authorisation objects.

    At times, SU53 would not give the complete details of the missing objects. In such case, your Security may need to put a trace on the User 'A' in transaction code ST01.

    Thank you Mukthar and Ravi for the response,

    Although this was resolved, but I just want to give the details of what transpired.

    I checked the SU53 and no missing object when compared with both employee 'A' and 'B'.

    I asked the basis team to execute F.27 for the account groups 700000 to 899999, and it shows in transaction SP01.

    After then, I asked both employees to execute the account groups (700000 to 899999) again and all at once, and both Employees were also able to do the same account groups that they were not able to execute before and it all shows up on individual employee spool request.

    How it happen, I don't know. Everything just work fine after the basis team executed all the account groups.

    Anyway, thank you guys.

    Regards,

    FJohn

    @Ravi and Michael,

    I will check your options and respond back once my basis team's free to run the transaction S_BCE_68001430 and to check spool request per michael.

    For SOX compliance, I don't have access to the spool and the transaction in production client.

    Regards,

    FJohn.

    @Ravi and Michael,

    Like I said earlier that this has been resolved, I was only giving a head up.

    Ravi ..... The TCodes: S_BCE_68001430 & ST01 shows no records found.

    Michael...... No data found.

    If I come across this type of issue again, I will inform you guys.

    Thank you all for your time.

    Regards,

    FJohn.

    For further analysis, Security team could also compared User A and User B by using the following transaction code S_BCE_68001430

    This transaction code gives the comparison of authorisation objects of the each user.

    Check spool request 1. of user A if it was simply APPENDED by the second run and now includes both lists.
