CRM IC Display mode only, due to standar simulation mode

hello Experts

Im having a problem when I try to modify the BP Identification on the Interaction Center. On the main BP Search page when I select the config page I get an error saying

I've also checked the busines Role Configuration key but everything is in place

any Ideas of what could be wrong?

    Sorry the parameter name is WCF_IGNORE_ENHANCEMT.

    Hi Carlos,

    Please check if you have set user parameter WCF_IGNORE_ENHANCEMENT = A using transaction code SU3. If yes, please remove this parameter, then the messages will disappear.
