How to suppress groups when its zeros

Hi Folks,

I have below requirement need to suppress under group level when its zero's.

Please find the attachment and highlighted box need to suppress.

Looking forward for your replies.

    Hi Ram,

    Go to Report Menu > Select Selection Formulas > Group.

    If you're trying to suppress the group based on a summary field, you'd type:

    Sum({Budget}, {Group_field #2}) > 0

    Replace {Group_field #2} with the field you've used as the second group.

    • Hi, it means that you want to suppress specific fields instead of entire group. So, for that certain reason you might be using the formula OR Sum({@BUD_CYMTD}, {@ACCT_GRP_1}) = 0 suggested by Abhilash in:


      Each Field > Format Field > Common > Suppress > Formula Editor

      As, a result it will hide all specified fields content but the section group remains intact.
