Hi,
A quick question on the integration set up:
When freight order is transferred to EWM from TM, automatically TU is created in EWM and assigns outbound delivery request/order to it.Then in the shiiping cockpit the shipping office clerk assigns a door to the TU. My question is on what parameters the door is assigned since business requires that based on time for slot booking, the door should be assigned.Hence I would like to know all the parameters that are considered here.
Hello Neel,
Good question !
Suppose there is order of 2 deliveries which contains different material but will use same TU and same route .
Then in this case system will determine the same door as the destination of this shipment has the same route.
Door determination parameter :
Ship to Party
Route
TU

Hi,
Along with carrier, route & ship to party, there is another selection parameter 'departure calendar " available to assign the door.

Hi,
Based on the same I would like to know once the loading process starts in the warehouse when the truck enters, is the actual loaded quantity speciifed and updated in the TU by the warehouse clerk?
If yes , once the loaded qtn is updated in EWM , is any event triggered by EWM so that the time for loading event is transferred to TM and event-Loading begin is executed with same date and time in TM.
Hi,
Here in EWM, we can create a warehouse request for load activity and generate a shipment also. Here we can capture the load start end end times.
T code : /SCWM/LOAD.
If the LOAD step is included with POSC, system can calculate the execution work load.
if the outbound deliveries are assigned to any TU, this information can distribute.
