Hello,
I have a question the answer to which is easy in Excel but obviously not in BEx.
Example:
character amount %
Revenue Region 1 100 10%
Revenue Region 2 400 40%
Revenue Region 3 500 50%
Total 1.000 100%
I start with amounts, calculate the total and then want to calculate the % (e.g. 10% = 100/1.000).
How must I define the %-column to accomplish this in BEx. Or do I need cell definitions (not liked but possible).
Thanks in advance for any hint.
Thomas
Hi Tom,
thank you very much.
Sometimes it is simply a question of key words for the search.
You helped me a lot. It worked.
With kind regards
Thomas

This is possible in BEx with the functions %CT, %GT, %RT.
Check help.sap.com for the difference between those 3, it's clearly explained there (has to do which which level of result the percentage is calculated too)
