Hello Experts,
We are trying to integrate SAP ERP HCM with SFSF through PI, but we're having troubles with it. We have followed integration RDS and appropriate addons, but for some reason we're getting one error for which we cannot find root cause.
When we run program RH_SFI_SYNCHRONIZE_EMPL_DATA, we receive error: "Technical error: Web service: MESSAGE.GENERAL". When we look at more details about error in transaction SXI_MONITOR, we see that we're getting the following error: "com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.engine.services.rmi_p4.exception.P4BaseRuntimeException: I/O operation failed : java.io.NotSerializableException: org.apache.axis.MessageContext :"
Does anyone have a clue about what could be the cause of this error? Could it be a probem with Axis Adapter or is it something on SF side?
Thanks for help!
Regards,
Karlo

Hello Siddhart,

<SAP:Category>XIAdapterFramework</SAP:Category>
<SAP:Code area="MESSAGE">GENERAL</SAP:Code>
<SAP:P1/>
<SAP:P2/>
<SAP:P3/>
<SAP:P4/>
<SAP:AdditionalText>com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.engine.services.rmi_p4.exception.P4BaseRuntimeException: I/O operation failed : java.io.NotSerializableException: org.apache.axis.MessageContext :</SAP:AdditionalText>
<SAP:Stack/>

</SAP:Error>
Do you have any additional advice regardin this error?
