SAP QN attached images from scanner

I'm wondering if anyone knows of an AP Imaging-like software that would be able to take scanned images from a scanner directly to a SAP Quality Notification.  I'm not aware of anything out there, but would like to hear if anyone has had a similar business requirement?  We don't have DMS and are currently using standard attachments for objects to do so.

You can use ERMS functionality for this.  You can send an email to SAP and via a custom ERMS function attach the document to most any transaction or object.

You would need to create a custom function/exit that attached the file to the notification
