JMS channels in error related to only 2 Buisness components.

Hello All,

I am on PI 7.31 single stack SP 14, I have very tragic situation where since yesterday there are only 2 BS related JMS channels are in error.

Initially for one BS the channel restart worked but not for the other. So We took full restart of system after that again these 2BS related channels are in error.

Now situation is that the channels are getting successful after restarting them but again after some time they are going into error.

I have checked with those third parties and they were not having any breaks.

Please provide your inputs.

    Try adding this parameter in Advance tab in your JMS channel and see if this resolves your issue. (you will have to stop and start the channel after adding the parameter and activating)

    In addition to this now we are getting almost thousands of messages in scheduled status due to this on going JMS issue and then concurrently many ECC outbound related messages are going into scheduled state.

    Earlier couple of times last week system restart helped us but now it is also not working and messages are really flowing too much slow.

    Could you please me know if you have any idea about this issue?
