Hello,

Is there any way to get a list of quotations from C4C? There seems to be a Web-service for Sales orders but not for quotes.

What are you exactly looking for?

If it it just a list, go via sales to sales quotes and run a list for e.g. all. You can alter the lay out via adapt and make a download using the cartwheel. You can also save a variant for later use. Ensure that you have activated theview in the business role you are using.

Logging on as an administrator in the Silverlight mode, Business Analytics you can design your own reports based on the standard data sources sales quote header or sales quote item.

I am looking for a web-service which allows me to read all the quotes for a given customer from C4C.

The web-service seems to exist as per the C4C documentation but not in the tenant as far as I can see.

There is a Query Sales Quote interface. See SOAP API documentation:

To get this active, you need to:

1. Put it in scope under Sales --> New Business --> Communication for New Business, question: "Do you want to use external applications to search for, read, create and edit sales quotes?"

2. Create a Communication Arrangement for the scenario "Query Sales Quotes"
