SAP PI 7.31 with backend HANA database

Dear All,

Currently my PI system is using Oracle 11g as a backend database, we would like to move from Oracle to HANA as a backend system on PI.

Does SAP recommend to use HANA as a backend database to PI?

Can you please provide some information on this topic.
