Integration Process does not complete steps

Hi

We are running PI 7.3 and we have an integration process which performs a few steps and then 'completes' but it does not really go beyond a certain point even though the monitor SXMB_MONI_BPE says it is complete.

The green line which runs through the graphical view stops at a mapping step inside a block but never goes further. There are no errors.

Has anyone come across this before?

Did you check the mapping program with the payload.Might be some error in the mapping program.

Hi Raghuraman

I found the issue. There was no mapping error with the payload however the payload did differ from what is was supposed to be.

I still dont quite understand why PI did not produce a mapping error in the BPM. The issue was on the sender system which changed the message structure, it had similar elements to what was required and thats why it worked to a point but then stopped. Not sure why the the rest of the steps are marked as complete if this happens. Strange.
