SUM 1.0 SP14 error execution of the Install Java service step in Execution

Hi Team ,

I am upgrading the SAP Solution manager 7.1  SP10 to SP13. In Execution phase , I am getting error as seen in the attached screenshot.

I tried Running the command manually  from Console with below command.

f:\usr\sap\SOL\ERS10\exe\sapstartsrv.exe -r  -p //<Win ClusterrName>/sapmnt/SOL/SYS/profile/START_ERS10_<ServerName> -s SOL -n 10 -U <Domain>\<sapserviceSID> -P <Password> -e  <Domain>\<SIDAdm>

& got prompt for successful service creation. Yet when i proceed in the SUM still getting same error again continuously.

Could you please help !!!

Hi Gaurav ,

Strange , but No file with this name generated in the SUM directory

S:\SOLSP13\SUM\sdt\log\SUM\

Hi

1. Are you able to logon using the user id SapServiceSID? SAPServiceSID user id as part of local administrator group?

2. Could you share the your kernel level? If possible do the full system restart and then check the retry the same phase.

we have the same issue with Solman update , were you able to resolve the issue .
