Hi,

When the users are accessing the record working times transaction, the following message is displayed:

There are no Customizing settings for ongoing requests for employee ....

Do you know why is this happening?

I verified already the feature WEBMO and is active.

Please any help is appreciated.

http://scn.sap.com/thread/3284070 This error ensues when you have  absence in Leave request database can be check through at pernr level using Rptarqdbview, some absence types which are no longer configured for the pernr in V_T554S_WEB, So kindly check your leave requests for the pernr and of course his absence types and their config
