depends on some sideconditions.
You may print the lines fixed on the paper all over with a secondary-window which is behind the Main-window.
Or you could use a template, if you are able to know when the last page is called.
Easiest solution would be to create additional windows and check the box that the frame should be printed in any case.
Can you share some more details, especially on the position. Is it always just these 3 lines?
That would offer a third solution by counting the positions before printing and fill in empty "line-positions"...
