Logon is being Prepared

Hello,

I am using Hub system for SAP FIORI. I have issue with launching Launchpad.

My Launchpad Designer and Launchpad for applications is not opening.

When I use http and corresponding port,I can see "Logon is being prepared" in browser but it then redirects to https and I get Error connection time out.

could you help me out with this issue.

After the above screen,I get connection time out and http is redirected to https.

Looks like a node is deactivated.

Cause

The /sap/public/bc/icf/systemloginjs/ node in SICF is not active

Resolution

1. Open SICF
2. Search on systemloginjs in the Service Name field
3. Activate the node

Hi Karan,

Go to SMICM and make sure system has https port.

Hello,

I am now able to access launchpad.

I have changed the settings in Error pages tab of service arsrvc_upb_admn.I have changed not to switch to HTTPS.Earlier service had setting as login via https.

I have one question now?How I will access launchpad url using HTTPS??I am currently able to access using http.

I am unable to launch launchpad designer and launchpad using https. I have ports configured in SMICM.

Can you suggest what can be the issue?

To make it simple, let's focus on Fiori launchpad first.

What is the URL string? What is an error in browser console?

Hi ,

I use below launchpad url while using https.

https://host:port/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/FioriLaunchpad.html

Below is my Error Logon tab setting for service ushell.

I am getting Error connection time out in Browser while accessing above url.

I am able to access Launchpad using below url

http://host:port/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/FioriLaunchpad.html

Hi Karan,

It seems https setting issue. Please ask your system admin to setup https.

You can continue Fiori test with http.
