Can global.svc parameter values be viewed from R/3 Application

With Standalone ITS, is it possible to view global service parameters from the R/3 Application as I do not have access to ITS admin function or files on server ?

I have tried SE80, Internet service = "global" and it displays a corrupt single string of information rather then parameters and values.

If not I'll need to ask basis to supply the info.
