Archivelink file Attributes not showing in GOS attachment list, data in TOAAT

I need some direction we are implementing content server and before I make abap changes I was attaching images on pc as a test with FM's ARCHIVOBJECT_CREATE_FILE and ARCHIV_CONNECTION_INSERT. The file uploads to content server and I see the attachment created (xls) for the document in FB03. When I review the attachment list the attributes that were entered in ARCHIV_CONNECTION_INSERT are not showing in GOS but they are in table TOAAT. We applied the notes 1451769 and 1560955 and reserve 1 is checked in OAG1. Our sp level is SAPKB70212. Our sandbox system is SAPKB74011 and didnt need the notes and it works fine. Anyone have any ideas??
