internal error during pricing

when we edit quotation and enter finance product and press enter

getting following error.

"Internal Error During Pricing"

Please check if following KBAs help.

1747349 - Condition type linked to pricing formula is displayed with error (Part 1)

2085933 - Condition type linked to pricing formula is displayed with error (Part 2)

Also, the mentioned exception " Internal error during pricing" always happens in a user exit and in group condition processing. Please refer to SAP Note 880749 "Patching of VMC based AP 7.00 engines". and apply the latest Patch for IPC. After applied the patch, Then please restart your VMC and check if problem persists.

we are getting following error in SM53

--> com.sap.sxe.sys.exc.exc_database_error: TABLE_NOT_FOUND

Hi Vikil Raut，

I supposed that there are inconsistencies in Quantity scales.

Can you find the relevant condition table. Is the corresponding condition table CUS976 which has a record with varunmh 46CE5618A55A003A00000000AC1E0402.

If so ,then please run report DSPLY_CONDITION_INCONSISTENCY for all the cases with below options: Application - CRM; Usage - PR; Table Number - CUS976; Case - 1,2,3&4.

I think you would find incosistencies in case 3 ： Records in condition table, reference book and supplement table missing but present in scale tables.

If so, you need to refer to SAP Note # 664815, in this note there are following two attachments, I think you need to create the report to resolve the inconsistence.

1. DSPLY_DEL_INCONS_CASE3.zip

2. ZHANDLE_INCONS_REVERSECASE3.zip

If the inconsitence is not in case 3, then you need to use the relevant report in note 664815.
