Hi All,

While creating an SAP Quick Viewer, certain program selection screens had been wrongly selected.
The Quick Viewer had been saved with these program selections only.
Now if I want to remove the fields from the Program Selection portion, what do I have to do?
Please guide me.....

I have attached the screenshot, indicating the fields which need to be removed
These fields have been marked in a colored box

Best Regards,

Abhishek Pal

3. whatever fields you want to remove select and click on Remove field.

Hi Abhishek,

From SQVI, select your particular query and display it. Go to the 'Basis mode' - in that you can find

the " Selection fields " tab from where the selection-screen entries can be modified.

Here is a snap-shot:-

Hope this should do.

Hello Abhishek,

It is understood that your SQVI is based on a Logical Data base. In LDBs some fixed Selection screen swill be there, which we can not change even if we want. These selection fields can be identified by the Greyed-out Selection field Tick on the left of the SQVI. See the picture.  Often beginners do not notice this and select same field from other table of this LDB. In the picture given such field EQUNR has been illustrated.  Selection field tick against Green arrow is System given Selection field tick against Red arrow is user's created Selection field (This appears in the Program selections screen area of the Selection screen).

Now it is repeating. So what to do to avoid repitition? Simply untick the user's selection (Un-tick the Red circle). It's done.

Hope you understood.

Good luck
