Linking PA user assignment and Org Structure

Hello all,

If there is already a question on this please direct me, I couldn't find specifically.

Is there a standard way or user exit to link user assignment in IT0105/0001 to the org structure under person (e.g. like a subsidiary User object)?

Second question is what is the PD User object (U) for? I assume if you are not implementing HCM-PA, but need an org structure & security, you use this object?

In reference to your first query, could you elaborate on why you need to link user id in 105 with org structure? If it is for security/authorizations, have you considered using structural authorizations?

Hi Tania-it is merely for display in the org chart. Security/authorizations are already linked to the user stored in 0105.

Sorry, am still not clear. Do you want to display the user id in the org chart, or do you want to control the display of the org chart based on user id?
