We have some users that get an email when a task is created in C4C. These are tasks they are creating themselves for themselves.
They do not want to get a email for each of these. Is there somewhere where we can check or uncheck a box to stop them from getting these notifications?
Thanks for the help.
Hi Mark,
During scoping, you can set the email notification to be automatically subscribed. Then all the notifications will be automatically subscribed to email. I'm afraid during scoping, this must have been selected.
If you don't want the C4C notifications to be sent out as emails, you may unsubscribe it from the notification list.
Be noticed, the approvals and feeds are of different kinds, so you can separately subscribe or unsubscribe them.
Hopefully, this helps.
Regards,
Wendy

or check the standard Business Task Management notification in the Fine-Tune activities of Business Configuration.

Check if you have created any workflow rule for the object Activity Task to send out emails when a task is created.
If yes then change the condition in such a way that when an Employee Responsible and Processor are different then trigger the workflow
