Service Ticket: Differents Completion due definitions

Hi SAP community,

I need to set up differents completion due dates for the ticket.

Does anybody knows how to do it?

    Hi Abilon,

    You can do changes for SLA using Administration work center->Service and Social view and select "Service Levels". There you can create Service Level and define initial response date, completion date etc,. Also refer help center document "Configuring Service Level" which gives you detailed step.
