%trimmedwindow.label.eclipseSDK Error while opening design studio

Hello,

when i try to open design studio 1.5 from my 64 bit machine, could see the main window with name : % trimmedwindow.label.eclipseSDK  and not able to do anything. Please advice if there is any solution. based on the knowledge base note, I had tried downloading JCO connectors and placed in the C:window\system32 path and still facing the issue. Attached the screenshot. Even i tried re-installed the software, still facing the same issue

place those DLL files as part of c:\programfiles\SAP Business Objects \Designstudio folder
