Outlook Addin: Cancelled Appointments

Hi all,

again I am reaching out to this great community. I very much appreciate all the Support, thanks a lot.

I am currently getting into more detail on what the Outlook Addin is capable of. I have tested Appointments and these are synchronized after creation. However, I am wondering how does it work when cancelling? I set the flag in C4C and get an notification of the addin regarding an appointment synchronization but nothing is cancelled in Outlook. Do I have to do this manually?

This is the info in the addin help: Unlike deleted appointments, canceled appointments still appear in the system, which means you can use them to track appointments that were originally scheduled but not completed. When you cancel your appointment in the system, it is synchronized with Outlook as described in section Adding Appointments for Synchronization. Following synchronization, in Outlook, cancellations are sent to the participants and the meeting is deleted from Outlook.
