Hi sandy,
As per veselina can you check the same scenario in vl01n if it going smoothly we can assume that the problem is not in batch determination. it might be either problem with partial deliveries with the materials. please check the stock for those materials.
If this problem is only for 1 particular order so these should be the problems,
Hi,
Are you maintaining customer master info record? if yes then please check the no of partial delivery allowed.
Also please check whether you had maintain any max delivery qty at material master level.
Thanks.

Hi Sandy,

I would usually start with checking the log of delivery creation (V.22), confirmed quantity, dates, shipping points, incompletion logs, item statuses.
Then I would probably continue with master data, lock entries, authorizations, customizing - just in case I forgot to notice a 3rd party item or MTO items .

Check likp for the tcode with which the delivery is created - it is possible that it was done via VL01N as well.
It may be a good approach to ask a colleague with some SD experience to assist you in the investigation - it seems you are new to the area and probably would not know what to check in master data and configuration.
Hi Sandy,
Check remaining 6 Shedule line categories
Go to VOV6-----> details and check the Delivery block should be Uncheck
