Hi Experts

Business process : Status management.

Issue currently facing : Highest and lowest status number assignment,due to that irrelevant status drop down are coming which is not correct.

i have 13 short text(statuses) in one status profile,where those are restricted with authorization codes as-well, but end result is not coming

Account manager (AM), Branch Manager(BM),Branch Service Manager(BSM),Service Engineer(SE) are user designations

in the above process starts with account manager and ends with service engineer and again reply feedback starts with service engineer and ends with account manager

please suggest how can i resolve issue
