SAPWM6.2 Customer Service Component Get Notification

Hello Experts,

We are using Work Manager 6.2 with Customer Service Component in our customer.

Notifications created in SAP Backend do not get into Work Manager app.

We are using assignment type : 3 - Header Level Planner Group for Notifications.

Also it seems like Push do not work for this type of assignment in notifications ?

Is there anything i might be missing for getting notifications ?

Best Regards,

    Hi Gokhan,

    Few questions please. In your scenario, is Push working for other things, e.g. for Work Orders, is it only an issue for the notifications mentioned above?

    Are there any errors in the SMP / Agentry logs related to notifications? Can you share screenshots of the transmit settings window in Agentry Editor and also from the Syclo Add-On, how you have your Push Exchange Object configured there?

    The Push process is outlined in the documentation, screenshot attached, any records in the table /SYCLO/PSH01?

    All the best.

      Finally I have debugged the get notification bapi.

      It seems like internal table for the Planner Group is not filled even though parameters IHG and IWK is maintained for the users. (Also we are using assignment type : Header Level Planner Group for both Work Orders and Notifications as I mentioned above)

      After I filled the table by looking at the user parameter by enhancing the bapi.

      Now I am able to get the notifications into devices.

      About push notification;

      My understanding is; push notification is not a single working transaction, it works with work order push so it means that if work order push is not working also no push scenarios will be work.

      I hope this helps to anyone with the same problem..
